Potential for better, you can tell the rolls are made by professionals. Out of 4 rolls I really liked 2, especially the smoked one. Two of them had too much toppings of crunch and mayo, which made the taste of the real roll underpowered. Overall I recommend it and will go back.

Best sushi I've ever had in my life. It's a little pricey but worth it for the quality of ingredients, the expertise of the chef/s, and the overall product. I've also had some of the cooked dishes like the broccoli don and it's out of this world. You really can't believe this place is Vegan, the sushi is unreal. The vibe of the space could be nicer, this is date-night type food/prices but the vibe of the restaurant is more luncheon with very limited seating. Not too big of a deal, I ended up getting takeout a lot anyway. I recently moved to Chicago from Denver and I wish I could have taken Wellness with me, it's probably the thing I miss most!

This place is fire for vegan sushi. I would love if they had more gluten free options, but for a dedicated vegan spot I'm really impressed. Mostly, I'm a bit confused as to how more of the options aren't GF as they report all their soy sauce is GF (I assume that they use a tamari or coconut aminos, meaning that their menu items listing "dark soy sauce" are either incorrect or all their soy sauce is not GF?). Service took about 40 minutes for the sushi rolls, 20 minutes over the anticipated time and we had to remind the waitress of a roll we ordered. I tried the ramen and wasn't incredibly impressed with the flavor -- just a bit bland and I would have appreciated it more if there were more toppings / it was less noodle heavy (but, again, it was made GF so maybe they left items out of it?). All around a great addition to the vegan food scene, just still leaves something to be desired.

Although I love sushi with fish, I don't always trust it so saw some good reviews for wellness sushi and decided to try it. Got the smoky sake roll and royal potato roll. It can be heard to make vegan food taste good but Wellness Sushi does not disappoint! Both of my rolls were delish and will be coming back again!

Wow! I have been wanting to visit Wellness Sushi for ages, and I was not disappointed! I can safely say this is among the best sushi I've ever eaten. And it's 100% vegan! There were only a few gluten free options, so I'd love to see more of those. I do plan to come back to try more sushi and the gluten free ramen. Amazing!

Absolutely delicious and the fact that it's vegan is just insane. We had the smoky sake roll and the ohnagi oshi. Both were so tasty and the textures were amazing for not being real fish. Came in on a Wednesday night and it was pretty empty in there but they were working on some to-go orders. Floors were a little sticky and tables could be cleaned better but otherwise a good experience! I'm curious to try their vegan ramen.

One of my favorite vegan restaurants in Denver. I've been buying Wellness Sushi ever since the days when they were just grab-n-go at Nooch. Then they opened a cute little hole-in-the-wall restaurant on Colfax. I don't go there as often as I should! But I'm always craving it, so we went there today for a birthday lunch. We ordered two rolls we've never tried: "Love in the Edo" and "Ebi Tempura" along with a bowl of "W's Tonkotsu" ramen. I've never had a creamy ramen before--I've been missing out. The ramen was soooo good! It even rivals the vegan ramen I had at Uncle. And of course the sushi was impeccable. I'm glad I branched out from the Krunchy Krab roll and tried some new things. Next time I'll try some aburi oshi...

I love love love this place. I am not even a vegan eater but this place just hits the spot so I keep coming back! I love that it's so close to me. My go to takeout spot when I'm craving sushi. You can't even tell it's vegan. I LOVE the Oshi dishes & the hot flamingo roll.

Wellness Sushi has been on my top list so long, and beyond happy that I finally got to visit it is extremely casual with an extensive all-vegan menu. I wanted to try as much as possible, so we got a seaweed salad, gyoza, a sushi roll (Tokyo drift roll), teriyaki beef onigiri, and the tamago natto oshi. It was so much food and so delicious. My favorite was the roll, but you can't go wrong with anything. You order at a kiosk and it all comes out pretty fast. Would love to go back to try more!

I googled random sushi places in the area prior to visiting the museum and found this. I didn't realize it was a vegan sushi place until we arrived. It was very interesting. We ordered the Tokyo drift roll, sea breeze onigiri, and shitake mushroom stuffed tofu at the kiosk machine and input a table number, then tray was delivered to us. Everything was good, the shitake mushroom stuffed tofu was my favorite, tasted like one of my mom's dish. Although this is a "fast food" vibe; the food was healthy and gave us the satisfaction of not being bloated afterwards. Definitely recommends to everyone!
